Tests

Tests will be completed during regular class meetings and cover only the listed topics.  The one exception is the fourth test; for this test, I reserve the right to include any material that proved to be a problem on earlier tests.  Students will be informed which, if any, additional areas need review for test four.

Exact dates for tests are not planned in advance (except for test 4 – Thursday, December 11th, 11:30am – 2 pm).  However, expect tests approximately every 4th week of classes.  You will be notified in class of the exact date of a test.

Test questions will be a mixture of item types.  Expect to find multiple choice, definitions, and discussion questions.  On test days, you are asked to leave all belongings outside the classroom or at the front of the room except for two number 2 pencils, a pen, and your picture id.

Please note the following:

All students in attendance at the University of Alabama are expected to be honorable and to observe standards of conduct appropriate to a community of scholars.  The University expects from its students a higher standard of conduct than the minimum required to avoid discipline.  Academic misconduct includes all acts of dishonesty in any academically related matter and any knowing or intentional help or attempt to help, or conspiracy to help, another student.

The Academic Misconduct Disciplinary Policy will be followed in the event of academic misconduct.
