Printing...

When you are finished you will do the following:

 

1. File—Page Set-up

 

2. In the Layout tab you will choose Booklet

 

3. You will change your width to 8.5 and your height to 11

 

4. In the Printer and Paper tab you will change the printer and you will change the paper size to 11 x 17

(You will still see four pages down at the bottom but when you print it will print out only two pages.)

 

PRINT IN BLACK AND WHITE BEFORE YOU PRINT TO THE COLOR TO MAKE SURE YOUR LAYOUT IS CORRECT

***For the Color Printer you will select Pharos Adam Back Lab Color or if you are in East Annex you will choose Pharos East Annex Lab Color
