What is CCAAYC?
The Capstone Chapter of the Alabama Association for Young Children (AAYC) is a student professional organization.
AAYC is affiliated with SECA (Southern Early Childhood Association) and with NAEYC (National Association for the Education of Young Children).
NAEYC is the primary professional organization for persons who are planning to work with young children (birth to 3rd grade) and their families.

Membership
Membership in CCAAYC is open to anyone interested in working with young children and their families. There are no membership fees—simply attend the next meeting and sign the attendance sheet!
Membership in NAEYC, SECA, and AAYC is $50 for one calendar year. With it, you will receive a subscription to Young Children (NAEYC’s journal) and Dimensions (SECA’s journal). You may join online with a credit card at www.naeyc.org, or you can bring a check for $50 (payable to NAEYC) to our next meeting.
