Department of Health Science
Admission Information
All students must apply to the University of Alabama Graduate School for program admission. This process requires students to submit:
- Applicant Data Sheet
- Statement of Purpose
- $25.00 Application Fee
- Transcripts of all college coursework
- Three letters of recommendation
- An acceptable MAT or GRE score, if GPA is less than 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- A professional portfolio if GPA is less than 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
