
When their company received $5,000 for the charity of their choice from Orion180 through the insurance providers’ Start Outreach Partnership Donation Program, RISE became the beneficiary. The reward came in recognition of being the insurance provider’s top producer for the year. RISE Director Andi Gillen plans to use the funds to support vision therapy services.
The RISE Center, part of the UA College of Human Environmental Sciences, serves children with disabilities and their typically developing peers, from ages 8 weeks to 5 years. The center serves more than 100 children, over 50% with special needs, in their five-day-a-week program and therapeutic playgroup.
