Advising for Spring 2008 is

October 15th -- October 26th

·        Check instructions for advising for your department.

·        Registration for Spring 2008 will be active online starting Thursday, November 1st using mybama.

·        You will be activated to register ONLY after you have met with your departmental advisor. 

·        The date/time available for students to register will be available online at http://registrar.ua.edu/registration/index.html

·        Go to http://mybama.ua.edu/ to register

Reminders
**Be prepared and DO NOT miss your appointment.

1.         Make a tenative schedule.  Check sheets for each major are available in 101 Doster and on our CHES web site.

2.         Make a list of questions or concerns.

3.         If you would like to change your major see Student Services office were major is located for information.

**If you have earned 75 hours or more, you will receive a graduation checkout form from your advisor.  If you have completed this form before it is not necessary for you to complete it again.  This form is used to check you out for graduation, so it is VERY IMPORTANT 

**If you are planning to graduate you will need to complete application for degree.  Your application for degree should be completed the semester before you graduate.  This form is available in 101 Doster Hall. 

**If you are taking classes at a community college or another university this summer plan ahead.  Come by the Student Services Office in 101 Doster Hall and fill out a letter of good standing request form.
