Students shared their findings at the annual retreat and heard from experts including keynote speaker, Michael J. Hudock, Jr., HES graduate and president of Hudock Capital Group, LLC in Williamsport, Penn. In his presentation, Self-Innovation / The Separation Factor, Hudock urged each student to find their passion, then formulate and commit to an action plan to help them steadily progress towards their goal in life. “Small things are the building blocks of monumental achievements,” said Hudock.
